A few weeks ago I was in Egypt. Everyone drives clunky old cars with crazy decorations all over them, and plenty of bumper stickers, mainly in Arabic. But one I saw really made me laugh.
In this country where all the women are robed from head to foot, in drab grey and black , kept concealed from men all their lives, and chaperoned within an inch of their lives.....there was a car full of hooligan-looking teen boys, sporting the bumper-sticker "If not for women, the devil would be unemployed !"
