i have endometriosis and sex is really painful for me. is there something that i can do to help?

Yes, there is something you may be able to try but it is only available by prescription. Ask your doctor if it's ok to try a medication called Lidocaine gel. This medication along with its sister product Lidocaine ointment is also used to help women with another kind of painful condition that can cause painful intercourse called vulvodynia.
