I've never actually had a body shot but I'd have to go with both... I like Patron Silver... what's your poison? ;)

EDIT - Does somebody actually follow me around all day just to thumbs me and my crew down?

There's an old and valid saying: "Kill the body and the head dies." Body shots take a lot out of a fighter. Bernard Hopkins kayoed Oscar DLH with a liver punch. Body shots debilitate a fighter and open him up for head shots. Body shots all but disappeared from boxing some years ago, but they are back snd are being used to good effect. Body shots bring the opponent's hands down, which opens up his head. In many fights, a knockout comes from good head shots. But if you wstch carefully, you will probsbly see thst the knockout punch to the hesd was preceded by s strong attack on the body. After all, how many shots to the ribs csn you or I take before we drop our hands to stop them? They hurt, and you can't shake them off. The problem often is that the guy hitting to the body must also lower his hands to go downstairs. Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton are both committed to body punches. Miguel has done very well with it. Ricky did well with it until he met Floyd Mayweather and then Manny Pacquiao. Floyd was able to block Ricky's body shots and Manny didn't give him s chsnce to lsnd sny shots, but the body shots csn debilitate a fighter and open him up for some head shots.

Isopropyl. When someone throws a hard punch or kick to the body, if you get cut, you want to sterilize that.

And I definitely prefer giving to receiving, when it comes to body shots in MMA.

There's alcohol involved when doing body shots? I thought it was just a reason to put my face in places that are nice.

It always has to be vodka for me baby. And with you and me and Naka and Holla - I'm giving and receiving. Oh yeah. ♥

I usually go with the combination left right left to the body. Most people who are right handed go with the right left right , so by going left right left I tend to catch my opponent off guard.
