Growing pains , yes are not usually diagnosed, most common caused by the days activities and usually show up in the front thigh, calves, or behind the knee. Where joints that are effected by disease are swollen, red, tender, or warm. Joints from so called growing pain are normal.
What can you do for this pain, massaging, stretching, heating pads, or mild forms of pain relief like ibuprofen.

Hello. Things like this should not be taken for granted. This may be early signs of rheumatism or of bone cancer. I'm not scaring you or anything but it will be best to consult a doctor. Illness may be heridetary but it doesn't necessarily mean that you have to suffer just like your grandpa. To alleviate the pain, try to put a small pillow under your leg to it then put some warm compress or hot water bag over the affected area for about 20 min. If the pain becomes unbearable, you may take Tylenol. Rest well!

Remember: prevention is better than cure

did you bang your knee in n e way... if u did it may just be filled with fluid.. when you bang a part of your body like that ( your knees, elbows ect.) theres tissues inside your body that when you hit yourself will fill up with fluids to pretty much protect that bone.. It can give you a lil acheing pain everyonce in a while.. It may go away and it may not you might have to go see a doctor. Try putting a heating pad on your knee.. I fell along time ago on my left knee and it still hurts to this day every once in a while. if it doesnt go away, go see a doctor.. but its nothing to be scared about.. It's common...

you incredibly should not be "scared" by ability of problems till they're very severe. in the event that they gained't bypass away or in case you have a fever you ought to in all probability arise with your well being practitioner. they may well be brought about by ability of something from rigidity to sinuses. i would not worry too lots approximately it even with the undeniable fact that, that would desire to actual make it worse.

My sister had growing pains so bad she would cry herself to sleep, and your pains sound exactly how she used to describe hers. I would try to just take some ibuprofen and get someone to massage your leg. Hope you feel better!
