I mean for universities and collages. TOEFL expires after 2 years. What about SAT?

Generally speaking, "no" SAT results don't expire, per se.

I've been asked what my SAT results were, even though I've been out of high school for over three decades!!! Never mind that I probably couldn't answer more than a scant few questions from any SAT, now!

However, if you have been out of school for a long time (say, more than five years), you might be asked to take an aptitude placement test, or similar, so that the college knows whether you are "smart" enough to make it through the courses (yes, they want your money, but they also don't want to waste class time on someone who can't cut it!). Likewise, even if you have a college or advanced degree, don't expect it to get you into any school after about five years or so, again, because your knowledge is considered "obsolete" (which might seem a little odd if your degree was in History or Archaeology, but, you know what I mean!).

A few years after the date when you take a test, the College Board archives your scores and it costs more to have them sent out; I'm not sure how long they keep scores on file, but probably long enough for most purposes.

(I'm not sure that's what you were asking, but hope that helps)
