Im gonna say...And I may be way off but...
Brittney should be on the 12 step program (she may have addictive, compulsive or behavioral problems)..But she hasnt even started step one...so it aint been stepped on...

I know that everytime dope is cut by someone that it has been stepped on. And Brittany's comeback performance was wack she couldn't dance, thus no steps. The overall meaning is that he get his product from the ground and it is pure.
