yes to a point but at the same time we are all willing to change!
but when you don't try new things thenyour stuck in your ways!~

and people who say they accept change. Not really. most people do not like change. we tease the older generation that they don't change or accept new technology but when we get to that age we find ourselves doing the same thing. the common saying now: Old School.

yes it is ,but we if we find someone to make us willing enough to change for the good then we just might, hard to say depends on person, personality, social upbringing, etc

That is not true... there is always room for change.

If it is possible for a human to overcome a severe heroine or nicotine addiction, then it should definitely be possible to overcome the fact that you are "quiet" or any trait like that.

It's a matter of will-power and recognition of the qualities you want to change.
