they are both, cowards and hypocrites. They might not be brave enough to stand up for what they think is true. I hate people who do that. If you really care about someone and u do not approve of what they're doing, u can always talk to them and make them aware of certain things they might not be aware of. Otherwise, this is just plain back stabbing.

1- hypocrites = munafeqeen
2- cowards = gubanaa '
3- big gossips = ghawyeen nameema

these three causes may take them to hell .
so, it is advisable to avoid them and put restrictions on what we say .

if you give it another thoughts, there are other possibilities too..i mean if you encounter an individual who really desrves criticism, (i think you can think of one or two), it's hard not to criticize him, infront of him (rare case) or behind his back (happens more often)..

i think it's because they don't have the guts to tell them in their face,they can not stand facing ppl and all this drama.
