Well when you start up the lab top there a a certain F button (F1, F2, F3,..etc) and it brings you to a screen were you say clean c disk to original data... and then after that happens the lab top is back to as if you bought it

Just run the "Restore" software that came with your computer. It is either on a set of cd's or on a partition on the hard drive that is usually called "D Restore". That will set the computer back to how it was when it was new.

once again half the questions asked about computers can be fixed by re formating your hard drive and re installing windows or whatever OS your using.
