Four to eight and a half hours usually. Mainly around six hrs but that ain't enough 4 meh cus I can't concentrate too well in class, and I'm 15. I prolly need more sleep but I have a habit of goin 2 bed late lol. It's not something you can change in a week I believe. I can promise that in my case cus I've been trying hard for ages. It's kind of nutty but oh well. I'll get there one day lols. And most of the time I stay up because of homework or so. Usually socializing with my friends over in other parts of the world as well. I'm hoping to adjust a little bit of my life-routine though. Good luck with you too.

Yeah, 2 hours extra sleep does make a huge distinction. 5-6 hours is the very minimum volume of sleep you would be getting, yet after a on a similar time as this is not any longer sufficient. attempt to get extra sleep, a minimum of on the weekends.

I have a horable time sleeping and seem to have alot of insomnia. I seem to always be a little tired out. Im lucky if i get 4 hrs a night. And thats with a magic white pill the doctor gives me!!!! Id kill for a full 8 hrs sleep or more!

I get like 8-10 hours of sleep, and i'm still tired all day, I'm 15 too :(

sleep is the source of trouble for a lot of teenagers/young adults.
Teenagers need more sleep. And get less.
Gotta prove I'm grown up. Gotta talk to all my friends till 1am. Gotta stay up if parents want me to go to bed. It's wussy to go to bed before midnight. ect ect.
So, they get less and less sleep, and need more and more.
Pretty soon they're sick, depressed, tired all day, ect.
When ppl are from late middle aged to elderly they can get by on less sleep.
But young ppl need more!

I sleep about 8 hours sometimes,and sometimes I don't sleep hardly any.I have thyroid problems,so I stay tired most of the time anyway.

I get at least 10 hours of sleep. I dont usualy feel that tired.
