The Fallen Angels are of course, fallen because the it is said that Lucifer, the first Angel and favorite son didn't want God's power, but, instead felt that God was enslaving humanity, even though they were happy in the Garden of Eden, they were still 'Thralls of God'. This is considered one of the reasons Lucifer tempts Eve into eating from the tree of knowledge so that they can come to their full potential, after all Lucifer was the Angel of Light, Music, and beauty, and with Light also comes knowledge, and while being in the Garden of Eden meant eternal. paradise it also meant eternal ignorance Lucifer was the not only the first but the most beautiful of all, he was casted away from the land of paradise, or Heaven, stripped from his wings and replaced with batlike ones.
He was so angered and furious that he gather all the others fallen angels that falled from the sky and declare war agianst God and all of his archangels. The war lasted for centeries until Archangel Gabriael defeated Lucifer and God sent all the Fallenangel in hell for all enternity. The only way to return to the land of paradise, is to redeam themselves for their sin.
Some of the Fallen ones escaped hell to bound to Earth. Some married human women and have offsprings of the Fallen called nephilim, a term lies in the Hebrew word for
giants. When God found out, he made the Great Flood and killed all of humanity except for Noah.

And the Fallen can not convince a human to join them but only themselves.

I'm sure u mean Angel.
God sent His Son so that human beings would have a chance to see God as angels already have.
Salvation is for the Jew first, then for the Gentile, not for angels.
We r given a choice, angels also had a choice.

God has provided a plan of salvation for human beings per the gospel of Jesus Christ but has not provided a plan for fallen angels. I think it is because they have already been in the presence of the most High God, therefore, there is no excuse for them. I believe fallen angels are used as a tool of Satan to influence people's actions, etc and part of that can be actually following Satan himself. In the Book of Revelation, at the White Throne Judgement, those whose name is not written in the book of life will be thrown into the lake of fire that has been reserved for SATAN AND HIS ANGELS.
