Im as hard as a rock and my belly is round and protuding so much I can barley see my feet if I lean back, Ive been for a poop Ive done sit excersised , Ive had for AGES please help me get rid, It looks worse as Im a size 6-8 and look really pregnant HELP ????

I would a healthy diet (organic when you can) avoid all white stuff (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods) & drink lots of water.
I would do sit-ups, walk, swim, bike, dance & yoga to stretch something you enjoy doing & will keep doing.
*remember to be patient with yourself...it took a while for you to gain the weight...it will take a while to lose it... :)

Cut back on sodium intake,maybe try an over the counter med.
