I'm sorry this happened to you. It's scary when you are young (trust me, I'm 17...), However, it is very rare to experience symptoms this early. If you are constantly worrying about it, your body can produce symptoms like nausea, and cramps, and in sever cases it can even lead to a growing belly and no periods!! It's just a mental reaction to your stress.
First you will want to wait another two weeks (I know, it's going to be hard, but bear with it), then take a home pregnancy test. If it comes up negative, wait a week and try again. Make sure you take it with the first pee of the morning, as that's when your hormone levels are the highest.
If it comes up positive, go to your local doctor/hospital/clinic, and ask for a blood test. Sometimes your stress can be so great that it actually makes enough of the pregnancy hormone to make the test positive, this test will be a 100% way of telling.
Now, sparing the lecture, I just want you to know that having this stress and this worry is no fun, and it will damper your life greatly. I learned the hard-way, by miscarrying once. You don't want to have to live with that feeling, especially since you're 15. So please, be more cautious. If you are going to have sex, make sure he wears a condom, and maybe get yourself some birth control. That way you at least don't worry and do this to your body.

Either you were pregnant from before of you are not pregnant and you have the flu or something. Take a pregnancy test. If that comes up negative, I think you should go see the doctor. From what I have been hearing on the news, the flu is not as simple as we take it. Good luck and think carefully about the choices you make in the future so it won't cost you dearly ok.
We all do crazy things at one point in our life and some turn out pretty ok. Some end up with three kids at 20 with HIV and various STDs. Not trying to scare you but don't be blind in this crazy world we are living in.

Take a test sweetie, but you're gonna have to wait until you're supposed to get your next period. And I don't mean to preaxch but you should take your time with the sex. You're so young, you don't have to be doing that already. It breaks my heart to see someone so young so stressed out. My niece is your age and God it would make me cry if she were in this situation. Take your time hun, you got your whole life ahead of you for that. Enjoy being a teen right now cuz trust me when you're grown you'll miss it and there's no turning back. And I don't know what ppl are talking about. I'm 25 years old 4 weeks pregnant and getting cramps as I'm typing this. It can happen but it could also just be your period coming, Or you body reacting to whast you and this guy did. You're young and your insides probably aren't ready to be having sex right now.

Unfortunately, your period will cause cramps and nausea also so sometimes you just don't know until it's time for your period to start. Being 15, most girls aren't "regular" so you could start at any time.
If you are pregnant, you'll need to know ASAP so you can go over your options. The best way to do that is to go to a local Planned Parenthood or doctor and ask them for a blood pregnancy test. Most urine pregnancy tests won't give you an accurate reading until about 3 or 4 weeks after conception (even though they say they do). A blood pregnancy test is more accurate and can tell you sooner.

First of all, one week usually isn't long enough to start having symptoms. Go to the doctor or local health clinic and get tested and make decisions from there. As a parent, I have to say that 15 is too young to be having sex. However, since it seems that you're going to anyway, while you're in getting tested you need to be put on birth control pills. You also need to keep using condoms to be sure that you don't get any sexually transmitted diseases. While I hope that this scares you enough to make you stop having sex, I hope that you get the positive outcome that you want. Good luck and may God be with you!

Take a pregnancy first.
Trusted adults could all be wrong.
Then sit down and make some cold hard decisions. Having babies is the greatest thing in the world (we just had a 6' month old at 40! after a lapse of 10 years between my other two) but it's also the hardest thing in the world and if you aren't ready to do it properly you may not be ready to do it properly.
Seek counselling.

if you get such symptons in a week you must have quite a bionic metabolism, but Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping. Breasts can swell also and feel tender. Got to a doctor, they will advise you better than any adult as they will see it from your point of view....

The best advice I can give you is to talk to a doctor and get a pregnancy test.
They will be able to tell you for sure (not maybe, likely) that you are or are not pregnant.
Another good tip is to keep breathing and try to be calm-- mistakes happen, but the world keeps turning. You've got your life ahead of you, and great things in store, whether you are, or are not, pregnant.

if it happened a week ago from today, i highly doubt you'd already be getting sick from the pregnancy. what you should do is try a pregnancy test, or go to a doctor. Don't listen to people who tell you you are probably pregnant -- theyre not you, and they dont know. If you ARE pregnant, however, its your choice to have the baby and keep it, give it up for adoption, or have an abortion.
