The Overmind is the will of all the Zerg so, I guess it wouldn't be Bush or Cheney since they have such low approval ratings. I think maybe Pelosi last year. Now I don't know who would occupy that position.

Well there's a very common literary device right there - make a comment on your own society by saying "these disctinctly foreign people do this - aren't they evil"
