I think McFly ARE very cheesy...
I think it varies on the age, people around the ages of 10-16, mostly teenagers, will adore them, and with them winning an Oscar for the winning '' band '' on the CBBC Awards it just shows their reputation
I think for older people, there just like the ordionary band, there very up for it, if you know what I mean, they have a-lot of energy,
BUT I think personally, they will split like '' Busted '' I think the guitarists will leave first, so don't get too attached, every boy band need's to split up sooner or later.

OMG!! My friends love McFly so so so much!! They took me to see them in Glasgow and they wern't that bad!! It's good to see a band play live and not mime for once! I didn't like them to start off with but then they played the song "We are the young" and it was one of the best songs i'd ever heard!!

My sister is so disappointed that they arent that popular here in the states, like Lily Allen is/was. She's got literally all of their songs on her computer and is always listening to them. I think they sound alright, although I've only really heard them doing covers of other songs, and not their own. But they seem alright. I'd never get really into them or anything though.

Are we talking about Marty McFly of the Back to the Future movies? I thought they were pretty cool. I like Michael J. Fox in anything he does.

The guys that sing the music for Just My Luck? I like them! I think there songs are catchy. Not one of my all time favs though! You never know there maybe a song of theirs you like. Besides I'm sure your mate won't care if you really like them, everybody likes their own kind of music!

they are all little cheesy but they have like 3 good songs. if you care about the person who likes them deal with it and support them from afar

they cry when they get called a boy band, although they act like kids, not even really talented just the new generation of posh kids acting all rock, but its so transparent
