If somebody fails two times driving test at the same location is it advisable to change test site for third?

It would be advisable to practice some more first and then go back and take the test. If you can't pass the driving exam, you shouldn't be on the road. Changing locations won't help.

My daughter has had this problem. We plan to go somewhere else for the third test. I think this particular person makes her nervous. I think she drives fine.

I did, I was psyched out at the first testing place.
I went to an alternate and passed easily.
