Hi

I have just started seeing some one and I am worried about something, since my last long term relationship. A couple of years ago I think my sex drive has decreased, also had problems maintaining erections which I shouldn't have at 26.

I been to the docs who found nothing wrong with a blood test, I am a bit tired alot of the time. But am worried I won't be able to perform with my new lady?

Any advice tips? seriers answears only please.

OK this is normal most men have this problem I know my man did after the first time every thing went fine and I understood as most ladies will knowing it has been a long time since you were with another women due to your long term relation ship and don't worry about not pleasuring her or having sex all the time the wait is well worth it and more rewarding I love my man and believe me the second time we went to the bedroom I was really surprised due to the fact that he was so nervous the first time that he could,nt get a full erection . so don't worry . relax and go with it . us women due understand. hope this helps.

It could be psycological. If you are really stressed about work, or whatever, that could play a major role in your problem. Start practicing anti-stress techniques to calm nerves.

Are you on any type of medication? Check with a doctor to see if that may be the problem also. Some anti-depressants will halt your sex drive immediately.

Also, if you are not getting enough sleep (you said you were tired) your body is saying "I'm wore out so we are definately not doing THAT!" Start trying to go to bed an hour earlier. You may be surprised at what a little more sleep does!

Everyone assumes that ED drugs are for "the other guy", some creaky, middle-aged duffer who can't get it up anymore and probably shouldn't anyway. But it's not unusual to start to lose your ability in your 20's. I was starting to have problems before I left college.

The drugs aren't for everyone, but they're a godsend for most. As long as you can get it up, who cares how? Go back to your doctor and ask for a sample and see how it affects you.

That tiredness may or may not be cause for concern. How bad is it, and how often, and what other tests have been done? I wouldn't rule out congestive heart failure or blockage in a couple of arteries. A visit to a cardiologist might be in order, just to be safe.

The idea of sex as being a performance might be a bit of a hang up.. Sex, is not a game nor should you sit around worrying about it as if you were to be viewed as an actor ... For what is portrayed out there in drama, is not sex... it's lust, it drama .. Not real... Unfortanatly people tend to think it is...
So, my tip is be yourself...don't try so hard... If you remember the foreplay ... You should have no problems...

My husband was having this problem at your age and his testosterone levels were extremely low....Are you on medications? There are a lot of questions that need to be answered. Try WebMD and click on the Men's health section. Good luck and don't sweat the small stuff! LOL! No pun intended!

Well as Jeff Foxworthy says:

If at first you don't succeed as your doctor for a free sample of viagria.

You might be depressed. I had a similar problem but it was because I was so depressed.

Buy some peruvian ginseng (maca) on ebay. It will help you on all counts mentioned.
Google it first, then you will see.
