Discharge is the natural sloughing off of cells from your uterus & vagina (controlled by your hormones) to help maintain normal ph balance & keep everything healthy.

Vaginal discharge is normal in most cases. These normal vaginal secretions are caused by the changing hormone levels in your body during puberty. The discharge can vary in both color and texture, from slick to sticky, thin to thick, and clear to white or creamy. And, it does have a purpose. Normal vaginal discharge lubricates, cleans and keeps the vagina free from infections. But, if your discharge bothers you or is getting onto your panties, you can use panty liners (a very thin pad) to keep your clothes clean.

"Coochie goop," to put it bluntly.

It's the wetness that naturally comes out of your vagina during the day.

It is generally thought that the main purpose for this discharge is to continually cleanse the vagina (which makes sense). It can increase or decrease in flow, volume and consistency depending on a number of factors including (but not limited to) personal hydration, menstrual cycle, Sexual excitement, sexual activity, and various infections.

nearly all women have some amount of daily discharge.

Normal discharge is just your vagina's way of keeping healthy and clean. But if it has a offensive odor or strong odor or changes color it could be and infection.

it's just stuff that comes from your vagina
to clean it out or provide lubrication.

usually, its nothing to worry about
unless it's like cottage cheese or smells like fish.

hope that helped!
