I think that you should loose the "h" at the end just because some people might misprounonce it.Here's what I think of the names:
Taliyah Angelica- It's a great combination and Angelica is nice and not overused!It isn't a very strong name though.
Taliyah Grace-Very feminine,classy and strong.The thing is Talyah is unique but Grace isn't.
Taliyah Gabriella-Very nice.Don't worry if it's too long.Think about it kids arent going to call her Taliyah Gabriella just Taliyah.
Taliyah Naomi-I love these names because they are both very unique and classy!
Taliyah Jade-It's a nice name but,Jade isn't unique at all.

I like Taliyah Angelica or Taliyah Gabriella or how about Taliyah Arielle...but you should really go with the one you love. And Taliyah Gabriella is not long....it goes together nicely. By the way, what is your name? You said it is unique
