D. 104
There are several websites that covert temperature, just search for "temperature conversion". Also, here are some good general guidelines for Celsius that I use.
Freezing = 0C and 32F
Room Temperature = 21C and 70F
Body Temp = 37C and 99F (approximately)
Boiling Water= 100C and 212F
Also, just a fun little bit of info, - 40C is the same as - 40 F.
Hope this helps.

While the correct formula for converting celsius to fahrenheit is divide by five, multiply by nine and add 32, there is a quick and dirty method for American tourists travelling outside the USA. Double it and add 30. This will give high readings on very high temperatures and low readings on very low temperatures but it is close enough to get a feel for the weather. 25°C is 77°F but the quick method gives 80°F. Close enough to decide what to wear. 40°C is 104°F but 110°F on the quick method. Whether it's 104 or 110, it is still too hot to do anything energetic.

Here is the formula you need to learn for converting from centigrade to fahrenheit and back.
C = 5/9 (f - 32) or F = 9/5 C +32
Using the second equation gives you 104 F
