Fine; *where* do you need help? Handing us the entire problem doesn't tell us where you're stuck.

First, combine the fractions according to the multiplication rule:
[(-3a^2b) * (14a^3b^2)] / [(35a^5) * (-9b^4)]
Next, do the multiplications.
Finally simplify, by canceling common factors on top and bottom.
