use your brain webbrew, our country has gone from best to biggest bully, and probably most paranoid. I'd like to elect the candidate who can bring us back to glory.

I think ANY of the current candidates, of EITHER party will try to mend fences with our allies.

President Bush put too much faith in the PNAC group (Project for a New American Century). Their position was that as the remaining superpower we should -act- like it. Compromise and consensus-building is a liberal thing, conservatives want to dictate terms from a position of power. So now that we had the power, we should just tell our allies how it was going to be.

But this plan has been a spectacular failure. I think more reasonable people realize that terrorism is a global problem and requires a global solution. We will need the cooperation of our allies to fight terrorism, and cheesing them off is not the way to do it. I think even the Republican candidates realize this, but they don't talk about it because they're not allowed to criticize Bush or the war.

But of recent presidents, I think Clinton was best at foreign policy, so I would give the edge to the Democrats.

"Women are nicer by nature" What the???!!! What rock have you been living under???

Anyhow...your question is dumb and here is why: Nicer to other countries is too general. Now if you were to be more exact like by naming a country (if you can) then you have a question. But the US takes a stand for freedom and capitialism...now they are in good standing with many countries and others they are not so friendly with beacuse of this...
