nah, it would be political suicide not only for the individuals invovled, but for the entirety of whichever political party was behind it.
Also, there are waaaaay too many wack-jobs with guns to ever let a president declare himslef "leader forever" like that and have it stick. It migh last for a little while, but someone would eventaully just shoot him.

Our President is a wack job! God help us if he does. I don't think he would get away with it but I will definitely say it is not outside the realms of a crazy ideology he would submit to!!!! The sooner he is out of office the better we will all be.
