just slow down when you talk there maybe a bit of silence however when you know your going to be in that situation make sure to give each word time really sound it out in your head then say the word there for each work has time and you can take your time!

You're in good company. Moses had a terrible stutter and God saw fit to speak with him directly.

Are you sure its not because you would like to hit them and you are trying to control yourself? People can be very annoying at times.It it is just nerves ,then just stop taking everything personally,if you detach yourself from something then it will not affect you,you usually find no one even notices,they are too busy with their own problems.

see a speech therapist because there is a special device that can stop you from stuttering
