What kind of leather is used in late model cars and trucks? Coated, aniline, etc.? Here is a picture.

This is definitely a coated/protected leather with an imprinted grain pattern. Easy to clean and look after and fairly straight forward to repair.

This needs pigment to repair the damage, preferably the BRIT system as this has the best adhesion properties. Get a colour mixed for you to match by sending in a small sample of leather and then a kit will be provided with complete instructions for repair.

It's from an animal. Could be Italian, could be Polish, might even be the much sought after Asian leather. It's hard to tell from the photo. Ooh, I know! It's Corinthian!
