Well, it seems to me you can't have spirituality without atoms.
Reasoning: Spirituality is at least a partial construct of humans, an animal. Animals are made of proteins. Proteins are made of atoms.

Spirituality, as I understand it, is a mental condition that may be hereditary, congenital, imposed by environment or self-induced. It has almost no connection to the real world and sometimes seems to be a form of self-deception.

Interesting question... is who we are simply a set of random electrical connections in our brain? I guess I have to say yes - the atoms are the frame work, but it's how they operate that makes us who we are.

It consists of whatever you want it to consist of. Since this is a purely religious question and since one religious dogma is as good as any other (they are all nonsense) and since we have religious freedom in this country (meaning you can believe any nonsense you like without being punished for it by the state), it is completely up to you.
I mean it. As long as you don't bother other people with your beliefs, or want them taught in public schools as "another theory of life", they are fine!

By definition, it's not of the material world,
and thus no atoms.

Eternal life and spirits are imaginary, for there is no logical evidence to support their existence.

I don't think so...
Spirituality is a state of mind and a direction of one's soul.
These are thoughts.
How could a thought or a state of mind have substance?

Nope. It's a concept, not anything physical.
