Thats just becasue you are so far along. The baby will be coming soon, it is normal. You can call your doctor if you are worried and just ask.

I had the same thing, and when I asked about it at a doctors appointment, they hooked me up to a monitor and told me I was having pretty constant (but not consistent) contractions. I couldn't feel a rythmic tightening or anything, just kind of constant dull ache. Anyway, it all sounded very worrisome (they always tell you that more than 4 contractions in an hour is bad, right?), but they kept a close eye on me for a couple of weeks and my cervix hasn't changed at all. They gave me a fun explanation-- an "irritable uterus." Great. Anyway, I'm 32 weeks now and still get them every once in a while. The bottom line being, check with your doctor to make sure you're OK, but you are probably just fine!

It's normal, don't worry. You could be having Braxton-Hicks contractions. Or everything could just be moving around in there to get ready.

Yep, totally normal. Its the feeling of your cervix changing, either because the baby is lower, or theres more weight on it, or your effacing.

Normal.
