Im a video person i wanted to know if u could use a plain blue blanket as like a green screen sort thing for abc video roll please help!

yes it seems that you can. since it's blue (but it has to be all blue!)

do trial and error to be 100% sure

So long as you're not depending on it as a background for any sort of text! In my experience, fabric of any sort makes a poor background for text, as it's very difficult to find a font color that creates a sufficient print contrast to be legible with all the various shadings involved in the variegations of fiber tones in light and shadow!
