there is no such thing as fair. nothing is fair. that is an impossible idea. it's whatever you can agree on. unfortunately in our state it doesn't matter who paid for the stuff in the first place, it belongs to both. that's what marriage means. so half of whatever is hers even if you paid for it all. in this state.

What do you mean, are you talking of dividing the property between you and your spouse? Even if you are the one who bought the properties but you bought it during your marriage with your spouse, he/she is entitled to get half of it because thats considered husband and wife property. I hope I guess it right.

youre my everything, not only daddy but everything else. you cant take half if you would leave someone at that age and after all she did to try to make it right, that is the least you can leave, take all the responsibility onto yourself, dont worry we will be fine

I don't understand your question really. I think if you post a clarification then you might get better quality answers.

There is a problem with divorce and child support in this country. It is crazy.

If everything is in your name then it should be yours and not hers. Unless her name is also on everything too.

But half should be half and fair should be fair.

But in this world, nothing is really fair in the long run.

it depends on where you live. fl is a 50/50 state wit divorces, which i am assuming you are talking about , but if everything is in your name. its yours, and you are entitled to give her a % of that
