which do you prefer: treadmill or running/walking outside...?

outside. i don't like to sweat inside. but, i don't like to see dog poop on or near the track when i'm outside. that's so gross.

-if you like running/walking outside, do you prefer the summer or winter time? i prefer winter.

are there any fitness centers that have outdoor treadmills?

I love running on the treadmill but I like taking walks outside. For some reason I just feel awkward running outside. I prefer walking outside in the summer.

I like running eihter outside in a spot i know no one but my running buddie will see me sweaty, or on a tredmill, as long as i can run. I hate running in pe becasue everybody runs so slow so i cant run fast or else i'll run into someone. AX IS ON FIRE!!!!!! If I streatch for an 30 mins, o about 10-15 minutes straight crutches, and then streatch a little more, i can go about 3 miles with a few sips of water before i have to stop. But Im really out of shape so hopefully when i get back into shape I'll be able to go longer.

I have a treadclimber that I use 3 or 4 times a week. But weather permitting, I think I like to speed walk outside better. I love to be in the fresh air but I don't like the cold, so in the winter, I am mostly inside for my workouts.

I like to walk outside either at the beach or the park! It's relaxing & fun!! I like to walk more outside in the winter, because I don't get too sweaty.~~

Tredmill.
Did you know you burn more calories if you run during the summer because your hot? THat's cool huh? Well, running outside, i perfer cold also, but not so cold it hurts my nose to breathe.

Walking. I walk 9 miles and that's nothing. I have the most beautiful scenery and I can do that all year round.
