Try putting a little kitty litter or a little bit of sand on it to absorb the oil. I included a couple of links that should help you out.

Go to the local hardware store and buy a box of TSP (tri-sodium phosphate). This is a powder. Cover the stain and apply a little water, like a paste. Brush it around with a service broom until the stain loosens, and flush away with a garden hose. Any residual staining can usually be removed with regular (chlorinated) "brake clean"

Cat litter - the kind made with pulverized clay. Spread it over the spill and let it sit for a couple of hours Later, sweep it around the spill again, and let sit again.

take liquid landry soap and scrub it in with a scrub brush without water,then hose it off wait to dry then grind kitty litter in with foot. works for me

Try all the above advise first. If they do not clean it off use sulfuric acid, mix as indicated for cleaning masonry. NOTE VERY DANGEROUS STUFF, USE EXTREME CAUTION.
