No, but only because they would end up scoring at least one safety for the Dolphins. Well unless the Patriots defense is still allowed to score touchdowns. In that case yeah they could. After all the Dolphins would probably try to tackle the Patriots before they got the safety.

In bandcamp we played this game 50 times on Madden. The Dolphins only won once when Moss and Brady both got hurt on the same play.
