From experience, although it's not for a restaurant, you need to basically have everything you need for the original restaurant. Although, you can also do make the business, and register the trade name and use everything from the "master" business, but whenever you do anything with the new one, you have to put, A Division of XXX master business XXX

neither sidewalk cafe would be finished of grimy truckers or filthy hipster/hippys or the two and the stylish eating place would be a ripoff doesnt rely if i will take care of to pay for it or no longer its nonetheless a ripoff for my area i'd cook dinner for myself or in basic terms bypass to a classic old eating place i admire italian nutrients and thai and mexican or possibly i'd bypass get some quickly nutrients its quickly i dont could sit down for 2 hours eating soda waiting for my rattling nutrients and its usually fantastically stable too i admire filibertos and arbys and mcdonalds dollar menu yum playstation im male btw are you warm
