We don't have a dog, not yet any way, but when we do get one, I would make sure to take him/her out for "relief". If I don't then I'm sure one of my daughters will. I don't think I could take the guilt knowing that "fido" has to go and if I don't do my part, then I'll be cleaning up a fresh pile or puddle in the morning, and it's going to be when I'm running late and don't have time for something like that. So I would either take him/her out or ask one of my daughters to do it for me. Take care today and always!

I would feel so guilty. That poor dog has to really go and will have a hard time holding it all night. Also, I don't want to find an accident in the morning on my rug. It only takes about 10minutes to let him out and wait.

I forgot to take my dog out about a month ago. It got too late, and he just went to sleep. However, the next morning he wanted out a little earlier ( when he woke up). So, it's just up to you. There are times when you can't take him out, and you may want to purchase some doggy bathroom mats for times when you may be sick or something.

We always remember to take the dog out. Otherwise he leaves us "presents" in our bedroom. Thankfully that has only happened once.

My dog usualy sneaks up on me and sorta' asks me to let her out. If you have a dog like a lab or somthin', he'll wake you up.

I used to do it all the time, that's why it's best that they are outdoor dogs now. It's not something I'm very proud of.
