Richard,
I heard this in Kabul! When I heard about it, I googled it too, but could not find anything. I am just trying to see if I can find out about it here...... I heard the UNOPS offices in Afghanistan are closing. It is hard to believe that an organization as big as UNOPS would be crumbling down!!

I hear everyone on the entire planet is under investigation for something or another. Why does this bother you? if it has to do with the UN its probably FUBAR anyway!!
