2/0 is undefined
0 + 3 = 3

It is in fact equal to the last option, 0/4.

I assume that in " 0x5 " the " x " is meant to be a multiplication sign .

If so, then the answer to the multiplication is 0. I think that you are not yet familiar with some very basic mathematical truths -- in this case, that anything multiplied by zero equals zero.

The answers to the four sums on the second line are as follows :

0 - 1 = -1 --- adding ( or subtracting ) anything to/from zero leaves it unchanged.

2 / 0 has no answer within the mathematical system -- it is called " undefined ".

0 + 3 = 3 --- anything plus zero stays the same.

0 / 4 = 0 ---- zero divided by anything is still zero.

You should have been told these things already ; they will crop up many times as you learn more, so you should make sure that you learn and remember them.

it is 0/4 because you cant have a zero as the numerator of a fractionor it is nt a real number

if u multiply any number with zero it gives you zero.
also any number with zero on the top gives you zero.
