I saw the storm, gathering on the horizon,
and avoided getting caught in the nasty weather!
Better single and happy, than married and miserable!
This "marriage thing" is NOT for everyone.

Both of my marriages ended in divorce.
*They both left me.
*I was WAY too immature to have ever gotten married the first time
*The second wife totally flaked on the kids and me, after 13 yrs. of marriage.
Both times, I was hopelessly in love, and couldn't even see my nose in front of my face.
*I regret screwing up the first marriage.
*I regret allowing my -then- lonely heart to influence my devastatingly bad decision to remarry.

I turned down several because I refused to settle for less than Mr. Right. And I don't regret a single one, because, though he took his sweet time getting there, Mr. Right did eventually show up.

I was married once...(father of my children)...he has passed on...I never re-married...I have lived with my b/f 8 years....but I can't seem to take the plunge...he has asked several times...but I get cold feet...maybe I will regret that??? maybe not

Not really, he was a million are, but so boring, I don't think I could have spent the rest of my life listening to him talk about the old days and listening to that old, old, country music, even though I would have been totally pampered, some thing just aren't worth it ya know?

Hi Randy, I don't know about marriage it's just a piece of paper that a man thinks he can hold over your head and control you. Anyway their is someone and maybe not. Not trying to be a smart *** it's how things seen to be going.Just live together and if things don't work-out grab your hat and leave!!!
