Barry Bonds pretty much has admitted to taking steroids. But will he go to jail because he KNEW he was taking them?

""Therein lies the crux of the case: Not whether Bonds ever used steroids or performance-enhancing drugs, but whether federal prosecutors can prove he did so knowingly.""

Bonds was indicted for lying to a grand jury and obstruction of justice. He would not be going to jail because he used steroids.

Barry Bonds will go to jail. Personally I'm hoping he gets about 2 to 3 years behind bars. The offenses he faces are serious offenses( felonies). Barry has gotten himself so wrapped up in lies and deceit that it has been long coming. Bonds will be sent to jail without really saying anything at trial and his dark secrets will remain a blur to the public.

Unfortunately we will never get a true explanation of all the steroids and drugs that Bonds took during the 1990's and early 2000's. The fact remains that baseball has been ruined by a period of steroid and drug users that cannot perfom at high levels without cheating.

That's only if the government and federal prosecutors cannot win this case based on Barry Bonds lying to the grand jury. If he is called innocent of all charges, he'll probably be the only one that knows the truth because he will not tell anyone what really happened.

This trial is not about Barry actually using, purchasing or receiving drugs, steroids or HGH..... That's probably for another type of trial to occur.

properly to commence off Barry is already 40 5 days of reformatory and Clemens alongside with Pettite and their coach have been reported as as much as testify the day gone by. And by making use of what Curt Schilling pronounced that if Roger Clemens grow to be discovered in control of making use of overall performance improving drugs he must be stripped of his "4" Cy youthful awards and his strike out count extensive form must be decreased by making use of an wide-spread of how many strikeouts he made in line with 12 months(which places Randy Johnson in first place). Im thinking they must do the resembling Barry Bonds And decrease his RBI, HR and walk count extensive form. I cant say plenty approximately Marion Jones
