There are several sites that can test your connection. You can go to one of the Web sites below and run a speed test.

Plenty of tests as listed, pick one that's fairly close to your (unstated) location. If you're in Australia I don't know if the Speakeasy one will work.

Also try one with multiple points like the Speakeasy one, as sometimes your ISP will route traffic poorly to particular locations. Always try a couple of different ones.

the best is speedtest.net cos it has the partnering servers all over the world. fast too..
