sorry but using the postage machine for personal use is a form of stealing office supplies...
and I think everyone steals office supplies in one way or another in varying degrees.

I think everyone does something to that effect at least every once in a while ... I'll admit to doing it. I used to take post-its and pens because quite frankly I don't like spending money on those types of things and the company I was working for wasn't missing it by any means!

I have taken office supplies, and I have provided my own work supplies as well. I think it evens out. Also, what I do take home and keep there is only to do work at home, and I don't get paid for my work at home time, so I think, again, it's a wash.

i used the postage meter all the time at my last job...i def make personal copies some times and have also 'borrowed' basic supplies like legal pads and batteries...they wont miss it...

Think of it as more, a reallocation of resouces. If I need something, then I go and buy it. It isn't worth losing your job, over a pad of paper, or some stamps. If you are going to steal something, make it worth your while.

i don't steal office supplies. i get to work at home, so i have permission to take everything that i *would* use at the office to my home. :D
even if i were to take stuff for personal use, my boss wouldn't care. my boss and company owners are so cool.
