Yep. Humans have been human-looking for a lot longer than 30 millenia. Of course, technology has changed our appearance a lot. Your ancestors didn't have clothing like we do, not even haircuts.

Oetzi, the ice age guy wore clothing made from natural reeds and skins, but had some useful artifacts on himself, including a copper axe.

No, but you don't even have to go back that far. Even just a few thousand years ago humans looked a bit different that today. We are constantly changing given our environment, health, diet and quality of life. What might we look like 30,000 years from now?

pretty much. It is thought that the aboriginal Australians moved down from what is now Indonesia about 40,000 years ago, and it is debated whether modern 'man' has been around that long or even as far back as 70,000 years.

Physiologically, they were identical. Shorter perhaps.

Not as long-lived. Losing teeth at at early age.

Very primitive clothing.

Even then, there were Africans, Asians, Europeans and aboriginals with their respectively distinct appearances.

Anatomically modern humans have been around for approx 160,000 years....so yes.....minus the flashy clothes and make up!
