I'm flat out of excuses, Thanksgiving i was sick, Easter I thought we were having it on another day and last Christmas I said my car broke down....I am out of ideas, they may be catching on, any suggestions? Going is not an option, and I can't say vacation, because they know me too well.

They're probably on to you by now. Just tell them you don't want to go. If you're really trying so hard to avoid them, you probably shouldn't care so much about sparing their feelings.

how about this you pretend to be injured due to a fall from stairs in your friend's building or any place and call your friends to show your parents that they will take care of you in your house or friend's place.
