Well, I remember trying to install "the sims" complete version (all of the expansion packs) on my laptop, and on my regular computer. It downloads the first cd and then it goes, "not enough memory" or "can't do it" or something along those lines. And the thing is I don't have anything else on my computer, so I don't get why it would say that there's not enough memory. Thanks! =)

It could be one of two issues: not enough memory in terms of space on your hard drive or not enough memory in terms of RAM to run the program. Check your computer specs for hard drive space and RAM, and compare them to what's on the box.

The Sims with all the expansion packs is one VERY LARGE file. Try defraging your computer, that could be the problem, or you could just need to add more memory, which is pretty easy to do yourself. Try defraging first, though. Easier and cheaper. If you need more memory, try going to the website of whoever makes your computer and looking for compatible memory inserts. You don't have to buy it there, but you need to know which ones will work with your computer.
