yes i knew that. i work for the county and we get complaints all the time about people going thru there trash and we tell them there is nothing we can do about it. but thats nice of you to inform others about that.

I hear you i'm sooo bored too.
But yea I knew that whenever I throw something out that I think someone else might want, I always put it to the curb so it's noticable 9 times out of 10 it gets picked up by someone =]

I got a friend who got busted because the cops confiscated his trash, and they found evidence for what he was being charged for, Learned the hard way I guess, But he deserved it too...

We had a huge fall cleanup in my neighborhood where we could throw anything out and they'd take it. people were walking with wagons picking up everyone's broken stuff! It was disgusting!!!
