There is no James Huggins in the 1914 Cracker Jack series. There is Miller Huggins, card #75, whose middle name was James.
Miller Huggins is a Hall of Famer best known as manager of the powerhouse Yankee teams of the 1920s featuring Ruth and Gehrig. Cracker Jacks are very desirable and a 1914 Huggins in a professionally graded PSA 4 very good/excellent books at $350 but will probably sell higher, as vintage graded cards continue to rise in value. I can't see your card, but a card in 'fair' condition, by industry standards, will have substantial wear at the corners and very noticeable creasing, but no damage such as holes or missing pieces or disfiguring writing on the front. A fair condition card, depending on its visual appeal, would probably go for between $35 to $100 on eBay.
However, the 1915 issue looks nearly identical to the 1914, and are easier to find. A PSA 4 Huggins books at $140, well under the 1914 value, and a fair condition card would be valued lower accordingly, probably in the $15 to $40 range.
To tell what you have, look at the back, at the bottom of the card. 1914s will mention a series of 144 cards to the set, and 1915s a series of 176.
