what the heck happened?

i have this deep deep voice and i dont kno what the heck happened it sarted six years ago and when i was in 4 grade my voice was lost then deep voice poofed what the heck is going on or is it just puberty

It's just puberty. Many kids experience a period of "aphonia", or complete voice loss, during the onset of the vocal changes associated with puberty.

it may be some what related to puberty, but there also could be nodules on your vocal cords. this may be why you noticed it after a viral infection involving your throat. talk to your dr. you may need to see an ent
