Is that a problem?
Many people who really want to know an answer will go and research it properly. It must be quicker to search for oneself than wait for diverse and maybe wrong answers.

Maybe kids find it an easy way to get their info. If their parents aren't able to help them then maybe YA provides a (useful??) service.

Yea -I think alot of "Homework help" is getting into other sections.

I see alot of questions about books that are obviously homework questions that are NOT in homework section.
