Is ther ANY WAY short of birth control to start your period a few days early??

I'm going on a vacation and would be THRILLED if i could just start 2-3 days early...is there ANYTHING I can do??

=( I'm sorry but there is nothing short of physical harm that would alter the cycle of your period. Other than birth control, but you said you do not wish to use that. Very sorry!
