I think you should go for it. Girls that are ready to have sex should be educated and given the correct protection. Usually it should be the parents responsibility to provide the guidance for them. But now a day children and parents have lost the communication between them. Either because they don't ask, or they are embarrassed to ask. They are either working too much or too involve with their own life. They neglect the need of young women to be fought. I have 5 teen agers. I would never expect them to get the info any where else but by me. To make sure it was the correct. We teach them everything else why not that. But for those who don't then they have no choice

It depends on what devices and how young is young. Clearly, you do not want to be distributing the Pill to young girls with out a Doctor to ensure dosage and monitor health issues.
I'd day that all young men and women should be should be supplied with condoms and other safe birth control along with strong reinforcement (from society, parents and teachers) that you should not have unprotected sex. This can be done in a way so that they know that they are not being given permission to have sex but that they need to be prepared just in case.

Its simple going behind your parents back....
It encourages the girl to do so...
The girl should not accept it from you.
The girl can be just as safe with a condom... and giving it to a girl who is unaware about her sexuality... can have very adverse affects.
