Since this case is based on lying to a grand jury, Bonds will win because there is no evidence to back up their claims of perjury.
If this case right now was about drug use and purchase/dispensing of steroids or HGH, then it will be a different outcome with Barry spending time in prison and his records closely scrutinized. It's been proven that Sosa, Palmiero and McGwire used drugs, but their records do not have asterisks or notations next to them, nor have they been erased.....

It is too close to call right now because we really don't know what the feds have. Whatever they have must be substantial because they don't lose too many high profile cases.
